I am responsible for the development and execution of our business in Germany and across Europe, including cross-trade activities with strong trade lanes into Asia, Middle East and Africa. In addition, I’m responsible for the development and operations in Ukraine.
My focus is on complex, regulated and project-driven logistics environments – particularly in defence, dual-use, humanitarian and critical infrastructure logistics.
For me all comes down to people. Building strong teams, taking clear responsibility and working in a pragmatic, solution-oriented way are key to delivering reliable results under demanding conditions.
